A bit about us
We're so glad you are here! We know how hard it can be to reach out when you need support so we wanted to tell you a bit about ourselves & our journey so you can decide if we are a good fit for you.

Mindful Living Supports was founded as an innovative blend of peer coaching & mindful support to address a gap we saw in quality, trauma informed supports for women living with neurodivergent and psychosocial disabilities.

Without recovery based support that really understands mental health needs, many women living with disabilities in our community were left feeling overwhelmed & at risk of losing their independence so we began our peer led service in 2020. My 'late club' diagnosis of AuADHD has led to a deeper understanding of the needs of the neurodivergent women we support.

We believe in people over profit & operate as a social enterprise with Kindness, Compassion & Community collaboration above all else. We proudly provide advocacy support and food relief for people in our community. We actively promote employment for people with disabilities &
we really want to shake things up & lead positive change in this sector!
For your peace of mind as approved NDIS & Aged Care providers we adhere to the NDIS Code of Conduct and compliance standards of the respective code of ethics and are professional members of ACWA (Australian Community & Welfare Association) for our counselling and case management services.

We are a small but mighty boutique peer service for women struggling with Neurodivergent & Mental Health challenges. We are simply here to offer you the support you need and remind you of your light
(& pat all the dogs and cats of course)

We are an intentionally small peer led team of good humans with diverse backgrounds, proud of our caring & understanding service. Our team are honoured to be 2023 Winners of the NT Disability Inclusion awards & Finalists for Excellence in Small business in our region & the National Disability Awards (even if we froze & were unable to speak !) Honestly we are just grateful to be doing what we love and supporting people to find peace.

Whatever invisible thread it was that drew you here, I am grateful that our paths have crossed and am excited to connect with you!

Social impact
Our small but mighty heart driven service has proudly provided over 12000 therapeutic conversations, 3500 hours of pro bono advocacy & hundreds of meals in food relief for our clients in collaboration with Food Bank SA for vulnerable people in our community since our inception in 2020.
We are now developing a pilot for a low cost membership based online support model to help overcome the barriers to support services for our neurospicy sisters in regional Australia.
Thankyou for your support, Kelly x
