A growing list of helpful resources

As lived experienced peers we get how hard it can be to keep on top of your home (& life!) as someone who is living with neurospicy or mental health challenges.

On this page we will be sharing an ever growing list of resources, home task checklists and links to our favourite podcasts, books and gadgets that make it a bit easier to manage at neurospicy adulting. And also to remind us that we are not alone in the struggle, that we are more than just our mess....and remind us to show ourselves a little compassion along the way. We welcome your input too! If you have resources you love that are accessible and neuroaffirming please send us an email :)

💡 Remember: You don’t have to read, listen, or follow everything at once. Start small—choose one book, podcast, or Instagram page that feels like it speaks to you. This is about self-understanding with compassion, never perfection.

PS life hack, most books are available to listen on Spotify now, so if you learn better this way its a great time saver...another hack is to listen to a podcast as your 'body double' while you so your mundane tasks!
