Small group Peer & Social activities

Our innovative community Small group Peer & Social activities are especially for women (18+) with neurodivergent & mental health challenges. 'The Space' is a safe place to be yourself, make new friends & build self confidence and life skills. Because we are a small boutique studio our spaces are limited so please register for our group activities & workshops.  All groups are ongoing program based and 1:2.

The Little Mindful Market co.

Saturday's monthly dates TBA

We are so excited to launch our mindful mini markets!

Our mini market collective is especially to support neurodivergent women with their micro businesses.

Markets are fun and great opportunities for small businesses & creatives to grow but honestly the logistics of larger markets & crowds can become overwhelming & a huge barrier for neurospicy women.

We will host a mini market each month, in our relaxed space, with like minded women to support each other.

Come & join in the fun!
